Hi there! We’re Andi and Jill—best friends, widows, and the travel-loving pair behind Candyass Travelers. We believe that travel should be smart, sweet, and stress-free, with just enough adventure to keep it interesting.
We love seeing the world on our own terms. That means taking easy hikes with rewarding views, paddling calm waters in a kayak, and wandering through quiet towns and tucked-away villages that most tourists miss. We’re always on the lookout for beautiful places without the big crowds.

I’m the planner, writer, and website creator behind Candyass Travelers. I’m the one planning our trips, writing our blog posts with a cup of something near by, or staying up way too late (anything after 9 pm) making sure the website works the way it should.
When I’m not blogging, I work as an independent travel agent—a role that lets me turn my love for slow, thoughtful travel into something that helps others do the same. I’m all about intentional adventures, unrushed moments, and the kind of travel that feels good, not exhausting; I don’t want to feel as though I need a vacation after the vacation and neither should you. Some of the best memories come when you give yourself the space to actually enjoy them.
